Landlords

Creating a login account is simple. Whether you are a new Landlord or an existing client, simply visit our login page, click on your email provider, and login, it’s as simple as that. We will then verify your account by sending you an email containing a link you will need to click on.
Alternatively, you can provide us with your phone number and your email address to register. At Tenant Find, the login is a vital part of letting a property as it enables you, the landlord, to update information on properties, and to purchase packages and essentials. The online login will also allow you to re-post your existing properties or purchase previous items.

Yes! By having a login account, you are able to purchase as many packages as you like, and edit and re-post them in the future once your properties are empty. You are also able to let a range of different types of properties such as commercial properties, flats, houses, and rooms - all under one login.

Tenant Find login area is for landlords who wish to purchase our services but manage their own properties. Full management Login account is for landlords who wish for us to manage their properties. If you purchase the Full Management services, the login area in the footer enables you to:

  • Download up-to-date statements & repairs.
  • View up-to-date Property information.
  • See active repair jobs.
  • Download Tenancy Agreements.

When you decide to let a property via Tenant Find, we require the following:

  • Full name
  • Current address
  • Contact number
  • Email address
  • We will need to verify if you are the current owner of the property you would like to let.

If you choose to let your property with Tenant Find, there are some important details that we require about your property. This includes: address, the type of property you wish to let, whether the property is furnished/ unfurnished/ part-furnished, the type of tenants you are looking for, rental amounts, and the period you would like to let for.
The property photos are an essential to finding good tenants, you must ensure the photos are of a good standard to make a great first impression. Once we have received this information, we will then be able to send this data to all of the major property portals.

In order to purchase our services, you must first sign in and decide which service package or essentials you require. You can select from a variety of services on our Landlord Services page.
Once you have chosen the products, you must add the preferred service item to the cart and enter the details requested. Then proceed to checkout and select the method of payment you wish to pay. On making a payment, your instructions will be sent to us and our team will get onto verifying and dealing with the information.

Tenants

Our website lists all of the current properties we have available to let. Please use the search box to type in your criteria. It will link you to our Property page where you can refine you search to match your needs in order to find the perfect property for you. You can register and provide us with details of your requirements; we will hold these for up to 60 days, and during this time, we will email you any new properties as per your requirements. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We are registered members of UKALA, the property ombudsman scheme, and follow their lettings code of conduct. Your money is safeguarded as we are also part of the Client Money Protection Scheme.

Tenants can only move into a property after the relevant background checks have been undertaken to provide satisfactory results. The background checks can take up to 5 working days. After this, the tenant can move in on an agreed date set between the landlord and tenant.

When you decide to rent a property with us, we will require your personal details, income details and your last 3 years address history. Additionally, we will carry out the reference checks from your current employer and landlord.

Most likely the landlord, however, this will be stipulated in your tenancy agreement.

This is something you can discuss with the landlord. We cannot authorise any changes to the property without the landlord's consent.

You must talk to your landlord with regards to the method of payment. It is up to the Landlord as to how they wish to receive your rent. The most preferable option is to create a standing order with your bank to send the money out on each due date to the landlord. If we manage the property for the landlord, we will arrange a standing order with you.

When you take on a full management property with Tenant Find you are able to login to your private area to do the following:

  • Download your rental statement.
  • Download your Tenancy Agreements.
  • View up-to-date repair information.
  • Log a repair.
